1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FeedArc platform ("Service") provided by Digital Rocket SRL ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

FeedArc is a product feed management platform that enables e-commerce businesses to connect their online stores, manage product catalogs, and generate optimized product feeds for advertising and marketplace channels including Google Shopping, Meta/Facebook, Amazon, and others.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

FeedArc offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Professional, Business). Each plan has defined limits on the number of shops, products, and feeds. Current pricing and features are available on our website.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain all ownership rights to the product data, images, descriptions, and other content you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your use of the Service does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Store Connections and API Access

When you connect an e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, OpenCart, Magento, Shopware, Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce), you authorize FeedArc to access your store's product data using the credentials you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant this access and for complying with the terms of service of the connected platforms. We access only the data necessary to provide the Service and do not modify your store data unless explicitly requested.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
Use automated scripts to access the Service outside of our API
Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
Upload malicious content, including viruses or malware

8. Feed Generation and Distribution

FeedArc generates product feeds based on the data you provide. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that generated feeds will meet the specific requirements of all advertising platforms or marketplaces. It is your responsibility to review and verify feed output before submission.

We are not responsible for any product listing rejections, account suspensions, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.) due to feed content.

9. Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Rocket SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Rocket SRL, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Digital Rocket SRL and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
