Data Deletion Instructions

How to delete your data from FeedArc, including data obtained through Facebook/Meta Login.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your FeedArc account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account information (name, email, password)
  • All connected store credentials and OAuth tokens
  • All imported product data
  • All generated product feeds
  • All feed rules and configurations
  • Audit logs associated with your account

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your FeedArc account at feedarc.com/login
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion

Your data will be deleted within 24 hours.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@feedarc.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your account name or company name
  • Whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific data

We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR.

Facebook/Meta Data Deletion

If you connected your Meta Commerce / Facebook account to FeedArc, the following data was obtained through Facebook Login:

  • Your Facebook user ID (for authentication)
  • Access to your product catalogs in Commerce Manager
  • Product data from your catalogs (titles, prices, images, etc.)

You can revoke FeedArc's access to your Facebook data at any time:

Revoke via Facebook

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
  2. Find "FeedArc" in the list of active apps
  3. Click "Remove" to revoke access

This will immediately revoke FeedArc's access to your Facebook data. Your catalog data already imported into FeedArc will be deleted upon account deletion or upon request.

Revoke via FeedArc

  1. Log in to FeedArc
  2. Go to Shops page
  3. Find your Meta Commerce shop
  4. Click "Delete" to remove the connection and all associated data

Google Data Deletion

If you connected your Google Merchant Center account, you can revoke access:

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access
  2. Find "FeedArc" and click "Remove Access"

Data Retention After Deletion

After account deletion:

  • Product data and feeds: Deleted within 24 hours
  • API credentials and OAuth tokens: Deleted immediately
  • Account information: Deleted within 24 hours
  • Billing records: Retained as required by Romanian tax law (typically 10 years), but with minimal personal data
  • Backups: Purged from backups within 30 days

Confirmation

After your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address. If you submitted a deletion request via email, we will respond to confirm completion.
